Our popcorn is planted in the spring, grown throughout the summer, and harvested in the fall. Once harvested, the popcorn is dried to the correct moisture to ensure optimal popping. Next, we run the popcorn through our grain cleaner to sort out the fines and unwanted kernels. Lastly, the kernels are packaged on our farm and shipped to you. And that's it! No flavoring, seasoning, or processing is done to the kernels. This allows you to trust our product as a healthy, one-ingredient, whole grain snack!
